A great deal of rumors are flying around, so I wanted to come on and state some verified facts.

The UST has been really busy trying to get this done and activated in the banks.

Bank IT departments have been working diligently to get ready for us to cash-in and are ready.

China and Russia have been causing some problems with oil contracts because they don't want the USA to have them. (China don't want the USA to be able to pay them back, they want to keep their foot on the back of our neck.)

China is an influence in this as they hold a substantial amount of IQD, but not like the USA.

All major housecleaning is done. Just a little dust left on a shelf to be cleaned up.

There is only one thing that is left to do that is major as of midnight last night, that is for the banks to say, "Would you like that in big bills or in a check."

Another words, we could be getting word that we could cash-in any day now. I am checking at the UST update times with the bank. I feel strongly that this will occur while we are asleep and the banks are closed, but I am not 100% certain of that, so I keep watch during the day also when I can.
