Banks for cashing in

As most of you know, we have 2 major banks in the area that will be cashing in IQD for certain. Chase Bank and Bank of America will actually talk to you about IQD and cash-in procedures. Wells Fargo Bank is said to be back on the cash-in list, but to date will not talk to anyone about the IQD.
